South Carolina Lake Community seeks a Radiation OncologistJob Description:
This South Carolina lake community hospital is expanding its radiation oncology services with the completion of the new cancer center in the summer of 2011. Currently, there is one radiation oncologist with a need for a second based on increasing volume. The cancer center serves a 7 county region with a population of 250,000, and is the only full service cancer center in the region.
This is for full time employment by the hospital. There are two physicists and a dosimetrist along with the full compliment of technology including two linear accelerators, a CT simulator and a HDR unit. Must be a BC/BE radiation oncologist.
