Job #1474 South Carolina - OBGYN South Carolina Lake Community seeks OB/GYNJob Description: This busy private practice with one physician seeks another OB/GYN, BC or BE. The practice provides OB/GYN services to a seven county region and also provides High Risk Obstetrics coverage for the hospital’s Family Medicine Residency Program. The practice is at the leading edge for Urngynecology and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery. The doctor there now was the first to perform Trans Obtrator Sling procedures in SC.
The practice resides in a new 4,500 square foot building equipped to provide OB/GYN ultrasound with color flow Doppler, colposcopy, hysteroscopy, cystoscopy, LEEP procedures, minor surgery, lnterstim sacral neuromodulation ,and endometrial ablation.
The call schedule during the work week would be 1:2 to 1:3.
This hospital is a 414-bed regional referral center providing a wide range of comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services including a 17 bed NICU staffed by two Board certified neonatologists, certified sleep center and a full array of imaging services. A 224-bed patient tower opened in August 2006. The hospital is also home to a 27-resident family medicine teaching program
