Client that has asked us to assist them in bringing in another family practice doctor for one of their valued physician practices. This 400 plus bed hospital is a not for profit tertiary center. This very busy solo practitioner is looking to add a board certified or eligible family practice doctor to join his outpatient only practice. A large part of the practice is a traditional family practice. In addition the practice specializes in chronic pain, workman's comp and personal injury. A massage therapist and acupuncturist are on site. The hospital is providing a one year salary guarantee (MGMA median), practice start up, incremental expenses, marketing dollars, moving expenses, etc.
