South Carolina medical center in a beautiful region of SC has immediate positions available for a BC/ BE adult neurologist. This Medical Center is seeking Neurologists to be part of its growing Neuroscience program and develop a Stroke Center. Multiple practice opportunities include joining a local private practice, starting a new practice with hospital support, or joining the hospital as an employed physician. Enjoy a large referral base from the seven county catchment area, a collegial medical staff of over 200 and a full array of other hospital services. Generous compensation package includes competitive income guarantee in the $225K range, relocation allowance and full array of benefits including signing bonus, relocation expenses, and fully-paid malpractice insurance. Candidate must possess excellent communication skills, ability to work effectively both independently and as part of team.
The Medical Center is a 414-bed regional referral center providing a wide range of comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services including a certified sleep center and a full array of imaging services. A 224-bed patient tower opened in August 2006. The hospital is also home to a 27-resident family medicine teaching program.
