South Carolina - Pulmonary / Critical Care
Coastal Pulmonary PositionJob Description:
Our client, one of the largest multispecialty group located in this Coastal Carolina community, is seeking a BE/BC Pulm/CC specialist to add to the two they already have on staff in an effort to expand their intensivist program.
The practice does not maintain a sleep lab, but does routinely provide interpretation of sleep studies to a contracted sleep lab center in the community.
Call schedule is 1:4 externally (1:3 internally). Group also manages the ED physician team and the Hospitalist program for exceptional continuity of care.
EMR in final stages of full implementation and will interface with hospital's medical records management system.
Outpatient practice located on hospital campus.
Compensation package consists of starting negotiable salary of $250K, benefits, malpractice, legal and accounting allowance, marketing, start-up expenses and several other negotiable incentives all guaranteed by the hospital for the first year and forgiven following a 3 year commitment period. Partnership with no buy-in required is offered in year three.
