South Carolina Mountain Lake Commuity seeks Hospitalist
Job Description:
This Medical Center, located in the Mountain Lakes Region of South Carolina, would like to add two Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine physicians to there Hospitalist team of five. They offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive employment package which includes health insurance, malpractice coverage, a CME allowance, relocation and a hospital assisted retirement plan. With an average daily census of 20-25 patients the expected shift coverage with a full staff will be two physicians on days and one on nights. 15 shifts per month are anticipated and shifts will alternate with 7 shifts on days,7 days off,7 shifts on nights. Candidates must possess excellent clinical and communication skills.
Location Description:This charming town sits at the south end of a lake. It’s a thriving mini-metropolis providing services, shopping and entertainment without traffic jams or congestion. This community offers many big city amenities while maintaining the quality of life typical of a smaller town.
The influx of new people and businesses gives this Lake community a robust economy and a delightful mix of southern hospitality and cosmopolitan flare. The shopping includes national chains and boutique shops are tucked here and there throughout the community with a number of in historic downtown.
